Case Background

The individual claimed that he slipped on a wet floor at a local grocery store. As a result of the accident, he claimed to have suffered a ruptured disc in his spine and injured his neck and shoulder. There was a strong suspicion that the accident may have been staged. 

How we help

Social Discovery completes a report looking for any mention, photos or videos of the accident, as well as evidence of the claimant receiving medical care and undergoing rehabilitation. We also look for any evidence of any pre-existing conditions or accidents that may have happened prior to the claim. The search is focused on physical activities, traveling or evidence of deceit.

Results

The search turns up photos on social media showing the claimant has sustained a previous injury to his back and neck while on a skiing trip.
